Brief : Lulu Lemon needs a new way of communicating to their consumers as they are loosing business with sizing issues and material malfunctions. 

Strategy : A new inclusive shopping experience for all to enjoy and feel comfortable in their own skin. 

Business Objective : Increase Lulu Lemon's sales/profits and increase foot traffic in-store. 

Insight : Women feel uncomfortable shopping at Lulu.

Target : Young women from 20 -35 who live an active busy lifestyle. She is adventurous, open-minded and health conscious that currently sizes 6-8 and embraces her curves. 

Concept : " Together We'll Empower All."  The in-new store experience will focus less on size but rather an animal that you feel exudes and fits best to you. Tags indicates an animal you can choose from as your size. Making Lulu Lemon a comfortable open experience as a judge-free zone.
